What vaccines are required for Boarding and Daycare Activities?

Safety is always our primary concern for your pet and all of his or her classmates. You will need to provide documentation for the following:

·       DHPP

·       Rabies

·       Bordetella

·       Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2)

Please understand that we cannot make even brief exceptions to this policy.

Why don't you publish a pricelist for your services?

Simply put, there are too many variables. A bath and brush for the exact same age and breed of dog can vary based on whether the dog spends most of its time outside, frequency of bathing and brushing by owner, the temperament of the dog, length of time between groomings etc. Also, customers will tend to underestimate the size and often can be confused by which breed to select when their dog is of mixed breed. Each dog - even in the same household - is different and has to be evaluated before we settle upon a price.

Why don't you allow me to book my own appointments online?

We always want to hear from our customers and would love it if we could in fact allow customers to book online. Unfortunately, there are many variables involved in scheduling - even spaces that appear to be open on the calendar. For example, we may have two time slots available, but if one of those spots is taken by a pet that requires significant attention, we may not have enough time to honor both spots. Conversely, we might have someone schedule two pooches that need minimal attention, but we will have booked time that will be wasted. Remember that here at Canine Culture, we employ a team of bathers so that our stylists can concentrate on final grooming. Our bathing schedule must complement our grooming schedule - something that is nigh impossible to accomplish if we allow customers to book their own appointments. We also run into the problem of double booking - owners who have multiple pets who hope to be able to get the second (or third) pet onto the schedule with a single appointment. There are other factors...bottom line - we would love to do it, but it is simply too complicated to work successfully.

Do you have walk-in services?

Yes! Our most popular walk-in service is our nail trim. In the near future, we hope to offer a "powerbath" (a quick wash and rinse after regular business hours). You do not need to schedule a meet and greet - bring your pet and we will give you a tour of our facility.

Must my pet be spayed or neutered?

No, but we do not accept pets in heat under any circumstances or overly aggressive dogs.
